English & Digital Literacy
Our English & Digital Literacy program will run five days a week at the SAMMA Community Center in Siem Reap. Children will receive structured English language instruction alongside basic computer skills, preparing them for secondary school, higher education, and employment in Cambodia's growing tourism and technology sectors.

- Target: 100+ children enrolled in Year 1
- Goal: measurable reading improvement within 12 months
- Aim: 90%+ of graduates continue to secondary school

One-on-One Child Sponsorship
Our sponsorship program will create a direct, personal connection between a donor and a specific child in Siem Reap. Sponsors will receive regular updates, photos, and letters from their sponsored child, building a relationship that motivates both parties and ensures accountability for how funds are used.

- 100% of funds go directly to the child's program
Smart Agriculture Family Farms
The Smart Agriculture program will build complete backyard farms for vulnerable families — raised beds, drip irrigation, seeds, tools, and a three-month training program. Each farm is designed to produce enough vegetables to feed the family and generate surplus income through local market sales.
Impact
- Target: 20 farms built in Year 1
- Goal: 40%+ reduction in family food expenditure
- Families projected to earn $80–$150/month from surplus sales
- Volunteer build teams will complete each farm in 3–5 days
Community Skills Training
Our Community Skills Training program will offer practical workshops for parents and youth aged 16+. Courses will include sewing and textile crafts, basic business and financial literacy, cooking and food safety, smartphone and digital tools, and English for tourism — skills directly aligned with local employment opportunities.

- Target: 50+ adults trained in Year 1
- Goal: 60%+ of graduates report increased income within 6 months
- Courses offered in Khmer and English
- Childcare provided during all adult sessions

The SAMMA Community Center — Home for Every Program
Each of our four programs is powerful on its own. But the real transformation happens when they share a home. The SAMMA Community Center is the physical space we are building in Siem Reap — a warm, welcoming hub where children attend English classes after school, families receive agricultural training, parents build vocational skills, and every person who walks through the door is met with kindness and belonging.
After-school education hub
